Designed and authored by Kathy Jerrin and presented by our teacher, Zoe Howse, our twelve modules of personal development and guided mediation classes will guide and teach individuals to build confidence and expand their mindfulness.

Created and curated by Dr Shaun Mason, lecturer at Deakin University, the sixteen modules of our nutrition program will educate and inform individuals and make them understand that practicing good nutrition is a cornerstone to the management of their health and well-being.

In this program Zoe Howse takes participants through seven sessions of personal development and Pilates basics at a an introductory level, including a number of exercises and stretches, with attention to breathing techniques and abdominal muscle control.

In Beyond Trauma, Deborah Stathis presents a unique and empowering view of trauma, complete with the tools she applied to successfully build an enriched life after severe physical injury and suffering.

Written and presented Will Centurion the purpose of this program is to allow teams to create better cohesion and collaboration during high-pressure situations and to be able to develop best practices in response to the demands of workplace interactions.

SHOO  IN MANAGING STRESS AT WORK

Stress is a common response to high-pressure situations, without it we may not challenge ourselves, be motivated or learn adaptability. Healthy stress is useful, but that stress usually passes once the event is removed.In this program we investigate how stress impacts on you and how you might manage and mitigate its effect.
