Meditation
Learn how to break free of patterns, addictions, ego and negative self-talk, and learn simple yet effective techniques that will help you to connect with yourself on a deeper level. Meditation helps us to withdraw our attention from the stressful, negative thought patterns that we have created over time.
Implementing a daily meditation practice will assist in slowing down the negative thought process and in turn raise your energetic vibration and help you to live a happy peaceful life!
Modules & Outlines
Module 1: Engaging the Mind
Present-centred awareness can be used as a self-regulatory mechanism and a self-discovery process. Being mindful enables you to cultivate a more peaceful life, greater wellbeing and improved physical, mental and emotional health, you can reverse the effects of stress, live more consciously and gain self-mastery.
Module 2: Breath Sensing
In this module you will learn simple, mindful techniques you can use throughout the day. There is no life without breath, and no breath without life.
Module 3: Body Sensing
Body sensing is the ancient art of sensing, welcoming and responding to sensory information. With this practice you grow to appreciate your body as a rich source of valuable feedback and resources that’s always calling for your attention in order for you to restore and maintain the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of your body.
Module 4: Thought Energy
Feelings and emotions are the messengers sent to you by your body. Cognitions, which are made up of your thoughts, beliefs, images, and memories, are the messengers sent to you by your mind. This module introduces the concept of thought as energy: why this is important and its benefits.
Module 5: Intention
Intention helps us shift our awareness to what we do want and not what we don’t want. This module teaches you intention and gives you awareness of who you are being in every moment of your life.
Module 6: Energy in Motion
This module looks at how sources of energy drain – how to stop energy drain and conversely, how to build energy drain. Our object here is to learn how to identify likely scenarios where you can use a mindful technique to plug potential energy drain.
Module 7: The Art of Doing Nothing
The object of this lesson is to develop mindful training in order to switch on the parasympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system. This will deepen your experience of wellbeing, harmony and equanimity in the body.
Module 8: The Energetic Heart
Compassionate awareness changes things in a beautiful way. We all need to realise that emotions are not just things that happen to us – we do have the ability to make emotional choices. Heart-based emotions create a coherent field environment.
Module 9: Growing Inner Strength
During this module we will expand the meaning of ‘resilience’ and how it now refers to and includes the act of preparing for, recovering from, and adjusting to stress and adversity. The true benefit of inner strength is that it helps us to become objective towards our thoughts and emotions, to learn from them and then be able to shift them,
Module 10: Soul Energy
The aim of this module is to boost your ability to take charge of yourself and consciously understand your physiology, so as to increase your total capacity to move through your day with ease and flow.
Module 11: Stillness
In this module we will look at accessing intuition, by introducing the three types of intuition. Learn how to access intuition during your day to guide your actions, steps and decision making.
Module 12: Gifting the World
Compassion meditation involves silently repeating a phrase that expresses the intention to move from judgment to caring, from isolation to connection. By practising compassion, we reshape our mental habits and our brain to become more tolerant and forgiving.
